Bloom is an installation consisting of 500 flower and tree stems arranged in space creating a field of flowers, upside down. Sitting beneath immerses one in a green, lush space with subtle scents of eucalyptus and flowers.

The menu was designed by chef and wild food forager Sami Tallberg. The installation was part of Helsinki Urban Nature event by City of Helsinki – a programme of Bilbao Design Week 2015, in Azkuna Zentroa.
